细节护理结合踝泵运动对脊柱肿瘤患者术后深静脉血栓的预防效果观察

Explore the Detail Care and Ankle Pump Movement on the Prevention of Postoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis for Spinal Tumor Patients

目的观察脊柱肿瘤患者术后予以踝泵运动和细节护理联合干预对预防术后深静脉血栓的效果研究。方法临床纳入2019年8月至2022年8月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院收治的62例脊柱肿瘤患者,根据随机双盲法分组,分为对照组、研究组,每组31例。研究组予以踝泵运动和细节护理联合干预,对照组进行基础护理,两组均干预2周。分析两组术后的深静脉血栓发生情况;应用SF-36量表分析两组的生活质量评分、踝关节活动度;分析两组干预前后的下肢功能评分(括速度测定、分离运动、肌群收缩、联合反应)指标变化。结果研究组出现深静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组SF-36生活质量量表、踝关节活动度评分高于干预前,且研究组干预后的SF-36生活质量量表、踝关节活动度等指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后的下肢功能评分(速度测定、分离运动、肌群收缩、联合反应)高于干预前,且研究组干预后的下肢功能评分(速度测定、分离运动、肌群收缩、联合反应)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱肿瘤患者予以踝泵运动和细节护理联合干预,可有效预防术后深静脉血栓的发生,提高踝关节活动功能,促进下肢血液循环。

Objective To observe the ankle pump movement and detail care on the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis for spinal tumor patients.Methods The total of 62 spinal tumor patients treated from August 2019 to August 2022 in our Zhengzhou University Affiliated Cancer Hospital were selected.According to random double-blind method,patients were assigned to control group and study group,with 31 cases in each group.The study group received a combination of ankle pump exercise and detailed care intervention,while the control group received basic care.Both groups received intervention for 2 weeks.After 2w of intervention,group contrast was performed through the incidences of deep venous thrombosis,The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores,ankle joint range of motion,lower limb function indicators like blood velocity,separation movement,muscle contraction and associative reaction.Results The incidences of deep venous thrombosis in the study group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after intervention,SF-36 scores and ankle joint range of motion for two groups were remarkably increased;the rising degrees of SF-36 scores and ankle joint range of motion in the study group were even higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after intervention,the lower limb function scores of blood velocity,separation movement,muscle contraction and associative reaction for two groups were remarkably increased;the lower limb function scores of blood velocity,separation movement,muscle contraction and associative reaction in the study group were even higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The ankle pump movement and detail care can effectively prevent the postoperative deep venous thrombosis,improve the ankle joint range of motion and promote the lower limb blood circulation for spinal tumor patients.
