The Application Effect of high-quality Nursing in the Management of reused Equipment in Disinfection Supply Centers

目的探讨优质护理在消毒供应中心复用器械管理中的效果。方法选取2021年3月至2021年9月河南省中西医结合医院消毒供应中心复用器械6300件随机分为观察组(3150件)和对照组(3150件)。对照组行常规管理,观察组行优质护理管理,统计并比较两组器械合格率、器械质量管理效果及科室满意度。结果观察组包装合格率、灭菌合格率、洗涤合格率明显高于对照组,消毒灭菌处理流程分值、质量监督管理分值、质量查验分值、执行无菌原则分值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组科室满意度(99.65%)高于对照组(93.46%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心复用器械管理采用优质护理,可明显提高器械合格率、器械质量管理效果和科室满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in the management of reused equipment in disinfection supply centers.Methods A total of 6300 reusable instruments from the disinfection supply center of Henan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group(3150 pieces)and a control group(3150 pieces).The control group received routine management,while the observation group received high-quality nursing management.The device qualification rate,device quality management effect,and department satisfaction were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The packaging qualification 190 Clinical Research,Oct.2023,Vol.31 No.10 rate,sterilization qualification rate,and washing qualification rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The disinfection and sterilization treatment process score,quality supervision and management score,quality inspection score,and execution of sterile principle score were all better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The department satisfaction of the observation group(99.65%)was higher than that of the control group(93.46%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing in the management of reused equipment in the disinfection supply center can significantly improve the qualification rate of equipment,the effectiveness of equipment quality management,and department satisfaction.
