冬奥背景下冰雪运动创伤的特点及预防康复

摘要 冬奥会是冰雪运动项目的最高端综合赛会,2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办,有利于冰雪运动在全国范围内普及。冰雪运动普遍具有明显的专业性和较大的难度,危险系数较高。初学者对动作要领不易掌握,专业运动员提高运动水平也需较强的技巧。而且冰雪运动受场地、器具影响很大,在存在复杂情况或不专业的冰雪运动场地也给运动员造成了较大的困难,因此无论专业运动员还是业余运动员都经常会发生意外伤害事故。本文对冰雪运动的创伤部位、特点和常见原因进行普及性分析,并提出冰雪运动的预防和康复策略,旨在提高冰雪运动的安全性。此文的研究结果可为冰雪运动创伤及预防康复后期相关标准制定提供借鉴内容。 The Winter Olympics is the most high-end comprehensive competition of winter sports.The successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is conducive to the popularization of winter sports nationwide.Winter sports are generally characterized by obvious professionalism,great difficulty and high risk factor.Beginners are not easy to master the essentials of movement,and professional athletes need strong skills to improve their sports level.In addition,winter sports are greatly affected by the field and equipment.In the complex or unprofessional winter sports field,it also causes great difficulties for athletes.Therefore,both professional and amateur athletes often have accidents.This paper analyzes the injured site,characteristics and common causes of winter sports,and puts forward the prevention and rehabilitation strategies of winter sports,aiming at improving the safety of ice and snow sports.The results of this paper can provide references for the formulation of relevant standards of prevention and rehabilitation of snow and ice sports injury.
