摘要
目的 分析结构性营养护理管理在血液透析患者护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取福建医科大学附属第二医院2022年1—6月收治的60例维持性血液透析患者,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理管理,而研究组则接受结构性营养护理管理。比较两组的血清学指标、营养学指标、钙磷代谢指标、生活质量、并发症及护理满意度。结果 研究组护理后的血红蛋白、肌酐、白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积以及全段甲状旁腺素均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护理后的物质生活状态、社会功能、心理功能以及躯体功能评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的并发症明显少于对照组(P <0.05),护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在血液透析患者的护理管理中,应用结构性营养护理管理,有可能改善其营养状态,纠正钙磷代谢水平;而且还有可能有效减少和控制并发症,提升患者生活质量与护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of structured nutrition nursing management in the nursing management of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the research group received structured nutrition nursing management.The serological indicators,nutritional indicators,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators,quality of life,complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of hemoglobin,creatinine and albumin in the study group after nursing care were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of blood phosphorus,blood calcium,calcium phosphorus product,and total parathyroid hormone were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The material life status,social function,psychological function and physical function scores of the study group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction with nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of hemodialysis patients,the application of structured nutrition nursing management are possible to improve their nutritional status,correct calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels,effectively reduce and control complications,improve patient quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
