感觉运动训练对老年精神分裂症患者认知水平、自我效能和日常生活能力的影响

Effects of Sensorimotor Training on Cognitive Level,Self-efficacy and Ability of Daily Living in Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨感觉运动训练对老年精神分裂症患者认知水平、自我效能和日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年1月泉州市第三医院收治的82例老年精神分裂症患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组41例及对照组41例,对照组给予常规健康宣教及训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予感觉运动训练干预。对比两组认知水平、自我效能和日常生活能力。结果:干预8周后,观察组语言能力、记忆力、回忆力、定向力、注意力与计算力分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预5、8周后,两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)分值均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预8周后,观察组改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表中上下楼梯、更衣、控制大便、控制小便、用厕、床椅转移、进食、修饰、洗澡、行走分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:感觉运动训练应用于老年精神分裂症患者可显著增强其认知水平,提高自我效能及日常生活能力。

Objective:To explore the effects of sensorimotor training on cognitive level,self-efficacy and daily living ability in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with schizophrenia were selected from the Third Hospital of Quanzhou from March 2020 to January 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group received routine health education and training intervention,and the observation group received sensorimotor training intervention on the basis of the control group.Cognitive levels,self-efficacy and daily living abilities were observed in both groups.Result:After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of language ability,memory,recall,orientation,attention and numeracy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 5 and 8 weeks of intervention,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the modified Barthel index(MBI)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in ascending and descending stairs,changing clothes,controlling defecation and urination,using the toilet,bed and chair transfer,eating,decorating,bathing and walking(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sensorimotor training can significantly enhance the cognitive level,selfefficacy and daily living ability in elderly patients with schizophrenia.
