摘要
干燥是籽瓜鲜瓜籽加工的关键工艺环节,为探究干燥技术及设备对籽瓜瓜籽及其衍生产品品质的影响,通过收集国内外相关研究资料,总结坚果类食品干燥技术的研究现状,系统论述干燥技术及设备在籽瓜鲜瓜籽加工过程中的应用现状,深入分析籽瓜鲜瓜籽干燥过程中存在的问题,提出高质高效节能的干燥技术及与之配套的设备将是未来发展的趋势。可为坚果类食品干燥技术的发展提供参考。
Drying is the key process of the processing of fresh seed melon seeds.In order to explore the impact of drying technology and equipment on the quality of seed melon seeds and their derivatives,by collecting relevant research data at home and abroad,summarize the research status of nut food drying technology,systematically discuss the application status of drying technology and equipment in the processing of fresh seed melon seeds,and deeply analyze the problems in the drying process of fresh seed melon seeds,It is pointed out that the drying technology with high quality,high efficiency and energy saving and the supporting equipment will be the future development trend.The article can provide a reference for the development of drying technology of nut food.
