摘要
废旧产品的回收与拆解是绿色再制造领域的前沿问题之一,但是综观拆解领域的研究现状,很少有关于废旧农机产品回收与拆解的系统研究。为了实现废弃农业资源有效利用,提出一种考虑碳排放的退役农机拆解规划模型,运用果蝇优化算法对拆解规划模型进行优化求解,结合拖拉机变速器拆解实例,验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。最后,将果蝇算法、遗传算法和人工蜂群算法进行了对比分析,结果表明,果蝇算法在求解数量和解的分布密度上优于其他两种算法,从而验证了该方法的实用性和可行性。
Recycling and disassembling waste products is one of the frontier issues in the field of green remanufacturing.However,there has been little systematic research on the recycling and disassembly of waste agricultural machinery products.In order to effectively utilize the waste agricultural resources,we propose in this study a disassembly planning model for waste agricultural machinery that takes into account the carbon emissions.The drosophila optimization algorithm is used to optimize the disassembly planning model.The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated by combining it with a disassembled example of tractor transmission.Finally,the drosophila algorithm is compared with the genetic algorithm and the artificial colony algorithm.The results show that the drosophila algorithm outperforms the other two algorithms in terms of the number of solutions and the density of the distribution,which verifies the practicality and feasibility of the proposed method.
