桁架式SGLT自动上下料码垛装置机构设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对结构用集成材(SGLT)生产过程中各道工序之间上下料码垛作业仍以人工操作为主,劳动强度大、生产效率低等问题,设计研发了一种用于SGLT自动上下料码垛装置,系统地阐明其工作机理,进行桁架式SGLT上下料码垛装置的升降机构、平移机构动力学分析,完成机构设计。通过建立支架有限元模型,利用有限元分析理论进行模态分析等仿真验证,证明设计的正确性与合理性,为进行结构用集成材自动上下料码垛装置的机构设计提供参考。 In response to the problems of manual operation,high labor intensity,and low production efficiency in the loading and unloading palletizing operation between various processes in the production of structural glued laminated timbers(SGLT),an automatic loading and unloading stacking device for SGLT has been designed and developed.Working mechanism was systematically elucidated,Base on the analysis of the lifting mechanism,translation mechanism,and grasping actuator,the mechanism of the truss type SGLT loading and unloading palletizing device were designed.By establishing a finite element model of the support and using finite element analysis theory for modal analysis and simulation verification,the correctness and rationality of the design were proven.This paper provides a reference for the mechanism design of the automatic loading and unloading palletizing device for SGLT.
