人造板连续压机驱动滚筒有限元分析 及优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前我国连续压机驱动滚筒设计主要依靠工程经验、缺乏科学分析的现状,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对驱动滚筒进行了分析及优化。静力学分析表明,驱动滚筒的原始设计可以满足使用要求,但安全余量过高;基于Design Exploration模块,对驱动滚筒进行灵敏度分析和响应曲面优化,实现了轻量化优化设计;模态分析证明,驱动滚筒优化前后的固有频率及振型基本相同。对连续压机驱动滚筒在工程领域中的优化改进具有重要的参考价值。 The structural mechanical performance of driver roller of Continuous-presses was analyzed and improved by using the finite element analysis,as the current situation that the design mainly relied on engineering experience and lacked scientific analysis.The static analysis showed that the original design of driver roller can meet the requirements,but having too much safety margin.Based on Design Exploration module,the sensitivity analysis and response surface optimization were carried out,and the lightweight structure was achieved,which help to reduce the manufacturing and cost.The modal analysis proved that the natural frequency and vibration mode of the structure of driver roller before and after optimization were basically the same.This study has an important reference value for the optimization and improvement of the driver roller of the continuous presses in the engineering field.
