摘要
为了寻求制约圆锯片基体热处理生产水平的关键因素,建立了圆锯片基体热处理清洁生产评价指标体系,采用层次分析法与熵权法线性加权的组合赋权法确定指标权重,使用模糊综合评价法对圆锯片基体热处理生产线进行评价。以某厂圆锯片基体热处理生产线作案例分析,结果表明,产品质量属性中的“平面度”指标数据较差是导致该生产线水平等级为“良好”的主要原因。
In order to find the key factors restricting the production level of circular saw matrix heat treatment,the evaluation index system of cleaner production of circular saw matrix heat treatment was established in this paper.The index weight was determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the production line of circular saw matrix heat treatment.Taking the heat treatment line of circular saw blade matrix in a factory as a case study,the results show that the poor"flatness"index data of product quality attribute is the main reason for the"good"level of the production line.
