Digital Economy,Factor Market Allocation and Common Prosperity

数字经济与共同富裕是新时代中国高质量发展中的两个重要议题。选取2010—2021年中国30个省份面板数据,采用面板双向固定效应模型,从要素市场化配置视角探究数字经济对共同富裕的影响。研究结果表明:数字经济对共同富裕存在显著正向影响;数字经济对共同富裕的促进作用可经由要素市场化配置这一机制实现;数字经济通过优化要素市场化配置对共同富裕的影响具有区域异质性,表现为东部地区的正向促进效应更强。基于此,提出完善数字基础设施建设、深化要素市场化配置改革、制定差异化数字经济发展战略的政策建议,为数字经济时代赋能共同富裕提供经验证据。

Digital economy and common prosperity are two important issues in China's high-quality development in the new era.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper uses the panel two-way fixed effect model to explore the impact of digital economy on common prosperity from the perspective of factor marketization allocation.The results show that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on common prosperity.The promotion of digital economy to common prosperity can be realized through the mechanism of factor marketization allocation.The impact of the digital economy on common prosperity through optimizing the market-oriented allocation of factors has regional heterogeneity,which is manifested in the stronger positive promotion effect in the eastern region.Based on this,it proposes to improve the construction of digital infrastructure,deepen the reform of market-oriented allocation of factors,and formulate differentiated digital economy development strategy policy recommendations,so as to provide empirical evidence for achieve common prosperity in the era of digital economy.
