摘要
采用超越对数生产函数估算2002—2021年中国30个省份农业要素替代弹性,实证检验农业要素替代弹性的空间差异及经济增长效应。研究发现:农业要素替代弹性存在显著空间非均衡特征,其中诱致性技术创新效应表现出自东向西逐渐弱化的“阶梯式”分布形态,而直接替代效应则呈现“核心—边缘”空间格局。诱致性技术创新效应和直接替代效应均对经济增长具有明显正向影响,且不同区域内二者对经济增长的影响强度有所差异。对此,提出始终坚持市场决定性作用、着力打造区域科创中心、贯彻落实“大协同和小差异”原则等政策建议。
Using a transcendental logarithmic production function to estimate the elasticity of agricultural factor substitution in 30 provinces of China from 2002 to 2021,empirically testing the spatial differences and economic growth effects of agricultural factor substitution elasticity.Research has found that there is a significant spatial imbalance in the elasticity of agricultural factor substitution,with the induced technological innovation effect showing a gradually weakening"stepwise"distribution pattern from east to west,while the direct substitution effect shows a"core-edge"spatial pattern.The induced technological innovation effect and direct substitution effect have a significant positive impact on economic growth,and the intensity of their impact on economic growth varies within different regions.In this regard,several suggestions are proposed to always adhere to the decisive role of the market,focus on building regional science and technology innovation centers,and implement the principle of"big synergy and small differences".
