摘要
城市在建区的道路交通组织方案具有阶段性、临时性特征,既要保证交通运行效率,也要避免后续路网二次改造.以区域场景为基础构建宏观交通仿真模型,利用GISDK二次开发将方案输入、模型调整、仿真运行和指标计算过程集成,实现外部控制多个方案的输入和比选输出.以路网饱和度作为评价指标,综合考虑各等级道路权重,以及路网饱和度的均值和方差等指标,对方案进行评价.最后以北京市某在建区的外围通道交通组织方案为例,基于上述方法开展方案比选,结果验证了方法可行性,并表明城市建设不同阶段的需求差异影响着道路交通组织方案的选择.
The road traffic organization plan for the urban areas under construction has the characteristics of being phased and temporary.It is necessary to ensure the traffic operation efficiency and avoid subsequent secondary reconstruction of the road network.This paper builds a macro traffic simulation model based on regional scenarios,and uses the secondary development of GISDK to integrate scheme input,model adjustment,simulation operation,and indicator calculation processes to achieve input and comparison output of multiple schemes for external control.The scheme is evaluated using road network saturation as an evaluation index,taking into account the weight of each grade of road,as well as the mean and variance of road network saturation.Finally,taking the traffic organization scheme of a peripheral corridor in a district under construction in Beijing as an example,this paper conducted a scheme comparison based on the above method.The results verified the feasibility of the method and showed that the demand differences at different stages of urban construction had an impact on the selection of road traffic organization schemes.
