Evaluation of comprehensive performance of additives for rapid roll-to-roll continuous gold electroplating in an acidic low-cyanide bath

从镀液性能、效率性能、镀层性能、镀液成本、环保性能等5个方面,建立了卷对卷高速低氰酸性电镀金添加剂的技术评价项目。阐述了各项性能的测试方法,并对5种镀金添加剂的综合性能进行了量化评价,为电镀生产企业选用性能优异的镀金添加剂提供参考。

Some items i.e.bath properties,production efficiency,coating properties,bath cost,and environmental friendliness for technical evaluation in laboratory on the additives applied to rapid roll-to-roll gold electroplating in an acid low-cyanide bath were established.The test methods were described.The comprehensive performance of five kinds of additives for gold electroplating were quantitatively evaluated.This paper provides a reference for plating plants to select excellent gold electroplating additives.
