摘要
动力型锂离子电池的特性与环境温度紧密相关。开展不同环境温度下电池的放电性能试验,研究不同环境温度对电池的容量和能量、放电平台以及对应续驶里程的影响规律。结果表明,动力型锂离子电池的放电容量和能量以及放电平台在低温环境下迅速降低;室温下放电容量和能量与工况速率(放电倍率)的大小成反比,而低温下二者成正比;对比不同工况温升曲线发现,较低温度环境下大电流促使温升速率加快,对低温放电容量产生了积极效应。
The characteristics of a lithium-ion power battery are closely related to the ambient temperature.In this paper,the discharge performance of the battery was tested at different ambient temperatures to study the effects of different ambient temperatures on the battery capacity,energy,discharge plateau and the corresponding driving range.Results show that the discharge capacity and energy of the lithium-ion power battery and the discharge plateau decreased rapidly at a low temperature.The discharge capacity and energy at a room temperature were inversely proportional to the working rate(discharge ratio),but they were proportional to the working rate at a low temperature.From the comparison of temperature rise curve under different working conditions,it is found that a large current in the low-temperature environment accelerates the temperature rise rate,which has a positive effect on the low-temperature discharge capacity.
