基于模糊综合评价模型的电能表运维技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前,电力系统中电能表数量超过200万个,电能表的运维效率较差。提出一种新的电能表运维管理策略。该策略基于电能表全寿命周期流程中的运行数据,使用了模糊综合评价法确定电能表风险等级。进一步制定和调整运维策略。模糊综合评价模型中结合熵权法对各层级风险指标权重进行分解并细化评价指标体系,结合总参数列向量得到电能表风险等级评价结果。对电能表进行改进设计:应用高精度计量芯片和稳压芯片增加电能表的抗电磁干扰能力和计量精度;采用异常检测模块提升了运维效率。试验结果表明:该策略对电能表风险的评价准确率在95%以上,最高可达100%;运维时间不超过5 h,最短为0.8 h。这大大提升了电能表的运维效率。改进后的电能表具有良好的使用寿命和抗电磁干扰能力。 The number of energy meters in the current power system is over 2 million,and the efficiency of energy meter operation and maintenance is poor.A new energy meter operation and maintenance management strategy is proposed.The strategy is based on the operational data in the whole life cycle process of energy meters, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the risk level of energy meters. It further develop and adjust the operation and maintenance strategy.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combines the entropy power method to decompose the risk index weights of each level and refines the evaluation index system,and combines the total parametric column vector to obtain the evaluation results of the energy meter risk level.The design of the energy meter is improved by applying high-precision metering chip and voltage regulator chip to increase the anti-electromagnetic interference ability and metering accuracy of the energy meter,and the abnormality detection module is used to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency.The test results show that the evaluation accuracy of the strategy on the risk of energy meter is above 95%,and the highest can reach 100%;the operation and maintenance time does not exceed 5 h,the shortest is 0.8 h. It greatly improves the operation and maintenance efficiency of energy meter.The improved energy meter has good service life and anti-electromagnetic interference capability.
