摘要
针对恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗主要包括免疫检查点抑制剂、过继细胞疗法和疫苗治疗,但受益人群有限。射频消融(RFA)现已广泛用于局部治疗恶性肿瘤,且具有远隔效应和增强肿瘤免疫应答作用。RFA联合免疫治疗具有较单纯治疗更好的效果。本文就RFA联合免疫治疗用于恶性肿瘤进展进行综述。
Immunotherapy for malignant tumors included immune checkpoint inhibitor,adoptive cell therapy and vaccine treatment,but the beneficiaries remained limited.Radiofrequency ablation(RFA)had been widely used for local treatment of malignant tumors,with the effect of distancing and enhancing tumor immune response.RFA combined with immunotherapy had better efficacy than simple treatment of malignant tumors.The progresses of RFA combined with immunotherapy for malignant tumors were reviewed in this article.
