金属砂矿矿物品位换算公式优化研究

摘要 锆英石品位换算公式相对简单,但部分地质矿产勘查规范和论文中锆英石品位换算过程中出现错误或简化,本文研究纠正了锆英石等金属砂矿矿物品位换算公式的应用错误。通过对锆英石品位换算公式中应用错误的两个参数进行论证,并与相对研究较深的钛砂矿品位换算公式类比,在沉积型铁矿矿物的品位换算中进行验证,以Fe和TiO_(2)两种金属元素换算钛铁矿品位进行误差比较,多角度论证了锆英石、钛铁矿、金红石、白钛石、磁铁矿和赤铁矿等金属砂矿矿物品位换算的通用公式。类比和验证后的金属砂矿矿物品位换算公式明确了金属砂矿矿物中金属或金属氧化物质量分数的意义和物相分析样品代表性的重要性,增加了金属砂矿矿物形态中金属或金属氧化物的占比(如锆英石品位换算中锆英石形态ZrO_(2)占比)参数,提升了金属砂矿矿物品位换算的准确性,保证了地质矿产勘查中储量估算的有效性。 The conversion formula of zircon grade is relatively simple,but there are errors or simplifications in the conversion process of zircon grade in some geological and mineral exploration specifications and papers.This paper corrects the application errors in the conversion formula of zircon and other metal placer minerals.By demonstrating the two parameters in zircon grade conversion formula,comparing with the grade conversion formula of titanium placer with relatively deep research depth,and verifying in the grade conversion of sedimentary iron ore minerals,compare the error by convert the grade of ilmenite through Fe and TiO_(2) elements,the general formula for grade conversion of metallic placer is finally determined based on the demonstration of grade conversion of zircon,ilmenite,rutile,perovskite,magnetite and hematite.The analogical and validated formula defines the significance of metal or metal oxide mass fraction in metal placer minerals and the important of representativeness of phase analysis sample,and increases the proportion of metal or metal oxide in the mineral form of metallic placer,such as the proportion of zircon form ZrO_(2) in zircon grade conversion,improves the accuracy of mineral grade conversion of metal placer and ensures the effectiveness of reserves estimation in geological and mineral exploration.
