Analysis of Henri Lefebvre's Urban Space Theory

列斐伏尔从城市社会学角度丰富了空间概念,提出“三位一体”学说尝试更为具体地把握城市现象。为了超越经验层面,获得合理性的概念解释,他依靠城市实践对“栖居”进行社会学层面的解释,认识到空间生产对“栖居”产生的影响。在理解空间生产的重要性后,他开始对资本主义空间生产进行批判,揭示资本主义空间生产造成的不平等问题,也指出资本主义空间生产的剩余价值积累和异化现象,以及其对日常生活的忽视。为了寻求解决这些问题的方法,列斐伏尔开始关注社会主义空间生产与空间正义问题,强调通过重新配置资源、推动城乡平衡、促进地区协调和实现社会正义来解决资本主义空间生产中的失衡问题,以在社会主义空间生产中实现差异正义。

Lefebvre enriched the concept of space from the perspective of urban sociology and proposed the“Triad”theory to attempt a more specific grasp of urban phenomena.In order to obtain a rational conceptual explanation beyond the empirical level,he relied on urban practice to provide sociological explanations of habitation and recognized the impact of spatial production on habitation.After understanding the importance of space production,he began to criticize capitalist space production,revealing the inequality caused by capitalist space production,pointing out the accumulation and alienation of surplus value of capitalist space production,and the neglect of daily life and citizens'needs.In order to seek solutions to these problems,Lefebvre began to pay attention to the issue of socialist spatial production and spatial justice,emphasizing the solution of imbalanced problems in capitalist spatial production by reallocating resources,promoting urban-rural balance,promoting regional coordination,and achieving social justice,in order to achieve differential justice in socialist spatial production.
