摘要
针对工业生产中对电阻炉温度控制的精度、效度要求,设计了一种自动化高、实时性好、稳定性强的温度控制系统。选用了AT89C52单片机为系统核心,K型热电偶温度传感器搭配MAX31855转化器,LCD显示器及键盘的应用能够实现人机交互的功能,有效解决温控系统时滞性、非线性、不稳定性的缺陷问题。良好的PID模糊控制算法能够提高温控系统的运行质量,不仅适用于精度要求高的控制系统,还能满足容量及时更新、负荷量变化频繁的控制要求。
Aiming at the accuracy and validity requirements of resistance furnace temperature control in industrial production,this paper de⁃signed a temperature control system with high automation,good real⁃time performance and strong stability.The AT89C52 microcontroller is se⁃lected as the core of the system,K⁃type thermocouple temperature sensor with MAX31855 converter,LCD display and keyboard application can realize the function of human⁃computer interaction,effectively solve the temperature control system delay,nonlinear,unstable defects.A good PID fuzzy control algorithm can improve the running quality of temperature control system,which is not only suitable for the control sys⁃tem with high precision requirements,but also can meet the control requirements of timely update of capacity and frequent change of load.
