摘要
在线教学在后疫情时代中仍旧扮演着十分重要的作用,而学习者的满意度和持续学习意愿是衡量在线教学成效的重要尺度。以SOR模型为理论框架,将在线交互、学习满意度、持续学习意愿分别视为刺激变量(S)、状态变量(O)和反应变量(R),通过问卷调查法收集数据,系统探究在线交互方式对理工专业大学生满意度和持续学习意愿的影响。研究结果显示,学生与内容的交互、师生交互、学生与界面的交互通过在线学习满意度对持续学习意愿产生显著的促进作用,生生交互对满意度和持续学习意愿没有显著影响。根据研究结论及理工专业大学生的学习特点,提出改进在线交互的对策,以提高学习者的满意度和持续学习意愿。
Online teaching plays a very important role in the post-pandemic era, and learner satisfaction and willingness to continue learning are important measures to the effectiveness of online teaching. Employing the SOR model as its conceptual underpinning, this study takes online interaction, learning satisfaction and continuance intention as the stimulus(S), organism(O), and response(R) variables respectively. The data are collected through questionnaire, and the influence of online interaction mode on the satisfaction and willingness to continue learning of science and engineering students is systematically explored. The results show that the interaction between students and content, students and instructors, and students and the platform have significant promoting effects on the continuance intention through online learning satisfaction, but the student-student interaction has no significant impact on satisfaction and continuance intention. Based on the research conclusions and the learning characteristics of science and engineering college students, suggestions are put forth to improve learners' satisfaction and continuance intention.
