摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)严重影响女性的身心健康,其病因复杂,且多数患者病因不明确。POI的发病机制尚不明了,激素补充治疗为主要的治疗方式,但目前临床上尚无有效的治疗手段来恢复患者的卵巢功能。基础研究证实,干细胞通过参与控制卵巢纤维化、血管生成、免疫系统调节和细胞凋亡等多种途径,协助受损卵巢组织再生,帮助激素水平及卵巢功能的恢复。这种创新的治疗策略,有望成为治疗POI的一种新选择,但尚需进一步临床研究评估相关的获益及风险。文章就干细胞治疗在POI中的应用作一阐述。
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)seriously affects women's physical and mental health,with a complex and unclear etiology in most patients.The pathogenesis of POI has not yet been elucidated,and hormone supplementation therapy is currently the main treatment method.However,there is currently no effective clinical treatment to restore ovarian function in patients.Basic research has confirmed that stem cells assist in the regeneration of damaged ovarian tissue by participating in multiple pathways such as controlling ovarian fibrosis,angiogenesis,immune system regulation,and cell apoptosis,helping to restore hormone levels and ovarian function.Therefore,this innovative treatment strategy may become a new treatment option for POI,but further clinical trials are needed to evaluate the relevant benefits and risks.This article provides a brief review on the application of stem cell therapy for POI.
