基于“玄府”理论辨证论治雄激素性脱发

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment foRAndrogenetic Alopecia Based on“Xuan Fu Theory”

雄激素性脱发(Androgenetic Alopecia,AGA)为皮肤科常见病、多发病,临床医家多从脏腑辨证论治,鲜有从毛发腠理入手。本文以中医“玄府”理论为核心,分析了AGA的常见病理因素,论证了“玄府郁闭”是其主要病机,基于玄府“贵开忌阖”的特点,提出了“开达玄府”的治疗思路,并根据临床表现之不同,分为“补益精血,养虚开玄”“清热利湿,开郁通玄”和“活血祛瘀,行气通玄”三法来指导临床用药。

Androgenetic alopecia,as a common and frequently encountered disease,is often made syndrome differentiation depend on the symptoms of viscera,while only few people focus on the root of hairs.Taking“Xuan fu theory”of TCM as core,This paper analyzes the common pathological factors of androgenetic alopecia to demonstrate that“the closing of Xuan fu”is the main pathogenesis.Based on the characteristics of Xuan fu that prefers openness while refuses obstruction,the paper puts forward the thought of“opening Xuan fu”,and according to different clinical manifestations,the paper classifies the treatment into three ways to guide the use of clinical medicine,including“tonifying the essence and blood to replenish and support Xuan fu”,“clearing heat and draining dampness to open Xuan fu”and“promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to move Qi and open Xuan fu”.
