Design of APP of Chinese Medicine foRDyslipidemia Management Based on“Internet plus Health Care”

借助互联网+健康医疗,手机应用软件能够跨时间、跨地域,建立多方连接,实现医患互动,提高病情管理质量和效率。血脂异常是导致心脑血管事件的关键因素,长期保持血脂管理达标是遏止和降低心脑血管事件的关键举措。血脂达标的管理,需要医患双方密切配合和全方位、多角度和多时段管理血脂水平。本文以血脂异常的血脂管理为切入点,突出中医整体观念、辨证施治特色与针灸特色,提供一款血脂异常中医健康管理APP的设计思路与方案,一方面让患者得到膳食、运动、情绪、生活作息、健康教育、保健用穴以及药物服用等全方位的指导,另一方面为医生提供实时更新的临床指南、治疗资讯、临床文献,推荐与病情匹配的个体化针灸诊疗处方等。

With the popularization of wireless networks and smart phones,mobile phone applications(APPs)can be used to establish multi-party connections at any time and any place to help doctor-patient interaction and improve the quality and efficiency of disease management.Dyslipidemia is a key factor leading to cardio-cerebrovascular events;long-term maintenance of normal range of blood lipids is essential to stop and reduce cardio-cerebrovascular events,which requires close cooperation between doctors and patients in terms of comprehensive and complete management of blood lipid levels.Putting emphasis on the overall concept of Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation and treatment system,as well as the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of meridians and acupoints of acupuncture science,the protocol of APP design for the management of dyslipidemia has been developed.On the one hand,it provide comprehensive guidance for patients on diet,exercise,emotions,daily life and rest,health education,acupoints for health care,and medications.On the other hand,it provide doctors with updated clinical guidelines,treatment information,clinical literature,and also individualized acupuncture prescriptions.
