藏药“索罗嘎布”的本草考证及使用现状调查

Herbal Textual Research and Usage Status of Tibetan Medicine“Suoluogabu”

目的:调查整理藏药索罗嘎布的基原植物、入药部位、性味效及使用现状。方法:本研究采用文献考证与使用现状调查相结合的方法,对索罗嘎布的名称、基原、入药部位及功效等进行系统的考证与分析。结果:索罗嘎布的藏文名为“■”,汉文药材名为“高山辣根菜”,常用于治疗肺部疾病。虽已被《中华人民共和国药典》收载,以根及根茎入药,但存质量标准不完善、临床使用品种混乱等问题。索罗嘎布公认的基原植物为单花荠Pegaeophyton scapiflorum(Hook.f.et Thom.)Marq.et Shaw的全草,单花荠野生资源蕴藏量少,仅用根及根茎会造成极大浪费,且目前多以丛菔属植物代替单花荠使用。结论:本研究考证结果有助于藏药索罗嘎布正本清源,为其临床应用、质量标准提升和资源合理开发利用等提供参考依据。

Objective:To sort out the nature and flavor,efficacy,classification,original plant and usage status of Tibetan medicine“Suoluogabu”.Methods:In this paper literature research were adopted combined with investigation of usage status to systematically examine and analyze the name,origins,medicinal part and efficacy of“Suoluogabu”.Results:The literature research shows that the Tibetan name of“Suoluogabu”was“■”,the Chinese medicinal herb was named“Gaoshanlagencai”,commonly used in the treatment of lung diseases.Gaoshanlagencai has been included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020),use the roots with rhizomes in medicine,with unsound quality criteria.The recognized original plant of Suoluogabu was Pegaeoyton scapiflorum(Hook.f.et Thom.)Marq.et Shaw.In light of the limited medicinal resources for P.scapiflorum,whole herbs of P.scapiflorum is recommended.According to the survey,the Solms-laubachia plants is mostly uesd instead of P.scapiflorum at present.Conclusion:This study clarified the medical parts of P.scapiflorum in history.It is provided a reference for the clinical application,quality improvement and rational development and utilization of P.scapiflorum resources.
