鼠后肢缺血模型研究进展

摘要 鼠后肢缺血模型是用于研究外周动脉疾病的经典模型。迄今已有鼠动脉结扎法、介入栓塞法、光化学栓塞法、化学损伤、物理损伤和Ameroid收缩器法这六大类造模方法。本文梳理了鼠后肢动脉解剖,对后肢各个主要分支名称进行统一。介绍了鼠后肢缺血模型的造模和模型评价方法,并比较现有方法的差异和优缺点,指出鼠的品系、性别、年龄和麻醉方式对模型的可能影响。总之,本文旨在为读者提供较全面的鼠后肢缺血模型的造模方法,为研究者根据研究方向选择模型提供参考。 The mouse hind limb ischemic model is a classic model used to study peripheral arterial disease.Six modeling method have been used to date:arterial ligation,interventional embolization,photochemical embolization,chemical injury,physical injury,and ameroid constrictor.This article reviews the anatomy of the murine hind limb artery and unifies the names of the major branches of the hind limb.We also introduce the modeling and evaluation method used in the mouse hind limb ischemia model,and compare the differences,advantages,and disadvantages of the existing method.Notably,mouse strain,sex,age,and method of anesthesia may affect the model.This report thus provides a comprehensive review of the modeling method of the mouse hind limb ischemia model and provides a reference for researchers to help them to select appropriate models according to their research direction.
