近年来,随着我国规范化胸痛中心建设的快速发展,急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)院内死亡率已明显下降,由于ACS有较高的再发缺血风险和不良心血管事件,出院后的长期随访管理仍面临重大的挑战。目前,尚缺乏公认的专门针对ACS患者院外长期随访管理规范性文件,因此制定本共识,旨在充分应用目前已有的ACS患者出院后管理的一些相关指南基础上,为临床医师提供简便易行的指导性文件,做好院外长期随访和管理。

In recent years,a dramatic decline in hospital mortality has been observed in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),with the rapid development of standardized chest pain center in china.Long-term follow-up and care after an acute coronary syndrome(ACS)presents a crucial challenge due to the high recurrence ischemic risk and the potential for cardiovascular events.At present,there is a lack of recognized normative documents speciafically for long-term follow-up and care of patients with ACS after discharge from hospital.The main goal of this consensus is to provide to physicians convenient guidance of long-term follow-up and care for better application of presented in reference guidelines for the management of patients with ACS after discharge from hospital.
