摘要
二尖瓣反流(MR)是最常见的心脏瓣膜疾病之一,经导管二尖瓣置换术(TMVR)逐步成为治疗MR的重要研究及发展方向。本文阐述了TMVR产品目前研发遇到的技术难点以及TMVR未来的发展趋势,对多款国内外TMVR产品设计特点进行比较分析,概括了TMVR产品设计开发时需要考虑的重点与难点,如锚定、瓣周漏、流出道梗阻等。最后对TMVR产品未来的市场前景进行了展望。
Mitral regurgitation(MR)is one of the most common heart valve diseases,and transcatheter mitral valve replacement has gradually become an important research and development direction for treating MR.This article elucidates the technical challenges encountered in the development of TMVR products and the future trends of TMVR.A comparative analysis of the design features of various domestic and international TMVR products is presented,summarizing the key considerations and challenges in the design and development of TMVR products,such as anchoring,paravalvular leakage,and outfl ow tract obstruction.Finally,the future market prospects of TMVR products are discussed.
