陕西省县域公共体育的协同治理及提升路径

Collaborative Governance and Improvement Path of County Public Sports in Shaanxi Province

以陕西省县域(以神木市、三原县和城固县为例)公共体育治理为研究对象,全面调研陕西省县域公共体育治理方面存在的问题,具体有:供需双方矛盾突出,各个治理主体协同联动欠佳,信息交流不顺畅、社会体育组织发展落后等,进而提出优化我省县域公共体育协同治理的路径:要转变治理思维,以民众需求为导向,搭建公共体育信息平台,加强过程监督和效果评价,培育和壮大社会体育组织。

This article takes the governance of public sports in Shenmu City,Sanyuan County,and Chenggu County of Shaanxi Province as the research object,comprehensively investigates the problems in their governance of public sports.Specifically,there are prominent contradictions between supply and demand,poor coordination and linkage among various governance entities,not smooth information exchange,and weak development of social sports organizations.Furthermore,it proposes the path to optimize the collaborative governance of public sports in counties of Shaanxi Province,that is,changing governance thinking,which should be guided by the needs of the public,establishing a public sports information platform,strengthening process supervision and effectiveness evaluation,and cultivating and strengthening social sports organizations.
