韶关烟区烟叶化学成分与气候因子相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探明韶关烟叶化学成分与气候因子相关性,为烤烟种植提供参考。利用相关性分析与回归分析,对2000—2020年韶关烟区主要气候因子与烟叶化学成分数据进行分析。结果表明:除成熟期降雨量偏多与平均气温偏高外,韶关气候因子基本满足优质烟叶生产需求,降雨量、温度、日较差、相对湿度、日照时间年际间波动较大;韶关烟区烟叶年际间总糖、还原糖、烟碱含量与糖碱比变化较大。相关分析表明:平均气温、降雨量、湿度和日较差与韶关烟叶化学成分存在显著相关关系,主要影响烟叶烟碱、总糖、还原糖含量与糖碱比、氮碱比。进一步回归分析发现,团棵期与成熟期降雨量对烟叶化学成分影响最大。综上,韶关烟区成熟期降雨量多与平均气温偏高,降雨量、温度、相对湿度不稳定,对烟叶化学成分影响较大,生产上可以适当提前移栽,减少气候因子对烟叶化学成分的影响。 In order to explore the correlation between tobacco chemical components and meteorological factors in Shaoguan,and to provide reference for flue-cured tobacco planting.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the main meteorological factors and chemical components data in Shaoguan from 2000 to 2020.The results showed that the climatic factors in Shaoguan was met the demand of high-quality tobacco production except for higher rainfall and higher average temperature at maturestage.The rainfall,temperature,daily range,relative humidity and sunshine duration had fluctuated greatly between years.The chemical components of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine and sugar-base ratio of tobacco leaves in Shaoguan changed greatly from year to year.Correlation analysis showed that average temperature,rainfall,humidity and daily range were significantly correlated with the chemical composition of tobacco leaves,which mainly affected the contents of nicotine,total sugar and reducing sugar,sugar-base ratio and nitro-base ratio of tobacco leaves.Regression analysis showed that the rainfall at therosette stage and mature stage had the greatest influence on the chemical composition of tobacco leaves.In conclusion,the rainfall and average temperature at maturity stage are too high in shaoguan tobacco-growing area,and the rainfall,temperature,equivalent humidity are fluctuate greatly,which have a great effect on the conventional chemical components of flue-cured tobacco.In production,proper transplanting could be done in advance to reduce the influence of climate factors on the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco.
