两种不同苗龄桤叶唐棣的果实品质比较分析

摘要 为探究不同苗龄桤叶唐棣的果实品质,该研究以3年苗龄和7年苗龄的桤叶唐棣果实为试材,对果实形态、品质和微量元素含量等进行测定分析,并与市售蓝莓进行对比。结果表明:桤叶唐棣的果型近圆形,且7年苗龄的单果质量高于3年苗龄5.02%,两种苗龄的桤叶唐棣果肉含水量无明显差异。7年苗龄果实糖酸比、Ca含量显著高于3年苗龄的果实,可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、花青素、Mg含量无显著差异。两种苗龄的果实除可溶性糖含量低于蓝莓外,可滴定酸、维生素C、花青素、微量元素均高于蓝莓,其中Ca含量差异显著。通过比较分析,桤叶唐棣果实具有较高的品质,若进行推广将具有广阔的市场前景。 In order to explore the fruit quality of Amelanchier alnifolia at different seedling ages,the morphology,quality and trace element content of fruit of A.alnifolia at 3-year seedling age and 7-year seedling age were determined and analyzed,and compared with commercially available blueberries as well.The results showed that the shape of A.alnifolia was nearly round,and the single fruit weight of 7-year-old seedlings was 5.02%higher than that of 3-year-old seedlings.There was no significant difference in the water content of fresh fruit between the two seedling ages.The sugar-acid ratio,Ca contents of fruit of 7-year-old seedlings were significantly higher than those in 3-year-old seedlings.In addition,there were no significant differences in soluble sugars,titratable acids,vitamin C,anthocyanins,Mg contents of fruit between the two seedling ages.The content of soluble sugar was lower than those of blueberry,however,the titratable acid,vitamin C,anthocyanin and trace elements in A.alnifolia fruit of the two seedling ages were higher than those of blueberry,and the difference in Ca content was significant.Therefore,based on the high quality of A.alnifolia fruit,it will have a broad market prospect after promotion.
