摘要 为解决Q345R+Incoloy 825合金复合钢板焊缝处的补堆焊及接管内壁的堆焊问题,根据镍基合金的焊接特点,通过选择合理的焊接工艺参数和焊接方法,分别开展了低合金钢材料Q345R上采用镍基合金焊材的焊条电弧焊和钨极氩弧焊堆焊工艺评定,分析了焊接过程中易产生的缺陷类型和需要掌握的焊接要点,明确了焊接过程的质量控制措施,有效避免了焊接过程产生有害缺陷,保证Q345R+Incoloy 825合金复合钢板制压力容器的顺利制造,为后续同类型材料产品的制造提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of surfacing at the weld of Q345R+Incoloy 825 alloy composite steel plate and surfacing on the inner wall of the nozzle,the welding process evaluation of electrode arc welding and tungsten argon arc welding was carried out on low alloy steel Q345R by selecting reasonable welding process parameters and welding methods according to the welding characteristics of nickel-based alloy.The types of defects that are easy to occur in the welding process and the welding points that need to be mastered were analyzed,and the quality control measures of the welding process were defined to effectively avoid harmful defects in the welding process and ensure the smooth manufacturing of Q345R+Incoloy 825 alloy composite steel plate pressure vessel,which provides a reference for the subsequent manufacturing of the like material products.
