内镜下分段切除巨大肠息肉疗效与安全性研究

The Effect and Safetystudy of Endoscopicseg mental Resection of Giant Intestinal Polyps

目的:分析比较内镜下分段切除术及内镜下电凝电切术治疗巨大肠息肉疗效与安全性。方法:将60例巨大肠息肉患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者行内镜下电凝电切术治疗,观察组患者行内镜下分段切除治疗,对比分析2组患者临床指标、复发再手术情况以及并发症发生率。结果:2组患者禁食时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率、再手术率以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下分段切除巨大肠息肉不但可以缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,而且还能降低术后息肉复发率及再手术率,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of endoscopic segmental resection(ESR)of gi-ant intestinal polyps(GIP).Methods Randomly divided 6O patients with GIP treated in author's hosptial into control group(30 cases,received endoscopic electric coagulation and electrotomy)and observation group(30 cases,ESR);then,compared and analysed both groups clinical norms,secondary surgery due to recurrence,and complication incidence.J Results In the time for absolute diet,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,in hospitalization stay,in hospitalization cost,as well as in the rate of recurrence,of secondary surgery,and complication emerging,observation group was respec-tively shorter,less,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion For GIP,ESR can not only shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization cost,but decline postoperative recurrence rate and the ratio of secondary surgery,more than,with higher safety,thus is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
