升督槐榆汤联合地奥司明治疗痔34例疗效观察

Shengdu Huaiyu Tang Combined with Diosmin in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation on 34 Ca-Ses

目的:分析升督槐榆汤联合地奥司明治疗痔患者的临床疗效。方法:将68例痔患者随机分为观察组和常规组,每组34例。常规组患者给予口服地奥司明治疗,观察组患者在常规组治疗的基础上给予升督槐榆汤治疗,2组患者均持续治疗2个月后评价效果,比较2组患者的临床疗效、主要症状改善情况、炎症因子水平以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者肛门出血消失时间、肛门疼痛消失时间、肛门水肿消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者治疗后TGF-β、IFN-γ均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的TGF-β、IFN-γ均低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.88%,明显低于常规组的23.53%(P<0.05)。结论:升督槐榆汤联合地奥司明治疗痔可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,降低炎症因子水平和不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shengdu Huaiyu Tang(Tang,a TCM formula of decoction)plus diosmin in the treatment of hemorroids.Methods Randomly divided 68 hemorrhoids pa-tients treated in authors hosptial(2020-2022)into routine group(34 cases,orally administered diosmin)and observation group(34 cases,diosmin plus Tang),which both lasted 2 months of treatment,then,com-pared both groups effect,the status on main symptoms improved,the levels of inflammatory factors,and unward reaction emerging status during treatment.Results In total effective rate,and in the time for bleeding from anus and for anal pain and edema disappeared,observation group was respectively higher,and shorter than control group(all,P<0.05);before treatment in TGF-β,IFN-there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,after treatment the levels of TGF-βand IFN-in both groups were declined(P<0.05),also,observation group's levels were lower than routine group's one(P<0.05);in the incidence of unward reactions observation group was significantly lower then routine group(5.88%vs 23.53%,P<0.05).Conclusion Tang plus diosmin can significantly improve clinical symp-toms of hemorrhoids patients,enhance effect,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factor,as well as inci-dence of unward reactions,thus,is to be popularized to use clinically.
