摘要
目的:分析3D腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中器械应用标准化器械管理的效果。方法:选择2019年2月至2022年2月在我院进行3D腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者150例,应用计算机随机分为对照组与观察组,每组75例。对照组患者行常规管理,观察组患者行标准化管理,比较2组患者手术器械使用次数、器械清点用时、3D腹腔镜器械包缺陷发生情况。结果:观察组患者清洗手术器械次数、整理手术台次数、器械滑落次数、传递器械次数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术前清点时间、关体腔前清点时间、关体腔后清点时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者3D腹腔镜器械包缺陷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化器械管理用于3D腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中,不仅能提高手术操作效率,减少手术器械清洗、更换及传递等次数,而且还可以缩短器械清点用时、降低3D腹腔镜器械包缺陷发生率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of implementing"equipment application standardiza-tion"on equipment managment amidst 3D laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods Enrolled the 150 patients to be subject to 3D laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer in authors'hospital(2019-02-2022-02)into this research:randomly divided them into control group(75 cases,implementing routine management)and observation group(75 cases,instead of standerdization one);then,compared both groups times to put operative equipments on,the time for checking the equipments,and the defect status of the packet of 3D laparoscopic surgery'equipments.ResultsIn the times for rinsing the operative equip-ments,for puting in order surgical platform,for equipments slide fall,and for delivering equipments obser-vation group was all less than control group(P<0.05);in the time for checking before surgery and clos-ing body-cavity,and for checking after closing body-cavity observation group was all shorter than control group(P<0.05);in the happened rate of equipment packet's defect observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using standardization to manage 3D laparoscopic surgical equip-ments can not only enhance surgical operation efficiency,reduce the times for washing,exchanging and de-livering equipments,but shorten the time for checking then,and reduce the happened rate of the packet de-fect.
