三阶段叙事疗法对结直肠癌根治术患者术后疼痛程度、心理弹性及应对方式的影响

The Influence of 3-Phase Narrative Therapy on the Postoperative Pain Intensity,Mental Resilience and Copy Modes of the Patients Undergoing Radical Surgery for Colorectal Cancer

目的:研究三阶段叙事疗法对结直肠癌根治术患者术后疼痛程度、心理弹性及应对方式的影响。方法:选取我院2020-2022年收治的78例接受结直肠癌根治术的患者作为研究参与者,将其随机分为观察组和常规组,每组39例。常规组患者术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予三阶段叙事疗法护理,比较2组患者手术前后疼痛评分、心理弹性(CD-RISC)以及应对方式(MCMQ)评分。结果:治疗后观察组患者疼痛评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者CD-RISC评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者面对评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05),回避和屈服评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:三阶段叙事疗法可改善结直肠癌根治术患者术后疼痛程度、心理弹性及应对方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of 3-phase narrative therapy(3-PNT)on the postoper-ative pain intensity,mental resilience,and copy modes of the patients undergoing radical surgery for color-ectal cancer.Methods Randomly divided the 78 colorectal cancer patients treated and received radical S surgery in author's hospital(2020-2022)into routine group(39 cases,received postoperative routine nurs-ing)and observation group(39 cases,based on control group's routine nursing,added with 3-PNT);then,compared both groups pre-and postoperative ratings on pain,CDRISC,and MCMQ..ResultsAfter treat-ment in the ratings on pain,and on CD-RISC observation group was respectively lower,and higher than routine group(all,P<0.05);in copy modes:the ratings on the face,as well as on evasion and submission observation group was respectively higher,as well as lower than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with colorectal cancer and undergoing radical surgery,after surgery 3PNT can improve their pain intensity,mental resilience,and copy modes,thus it is worth to be popularized to use clincially.
