黑曲霉发酵茶叶对青脚麻鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率及血清抗氧化指标的影响

Effect of Aspergillus niger fermented tea on growth performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rate and serum antioxidant indexes of Partridge shank chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究不同水平黑曲霉发酵茶叶对青脚麻鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率及血清抗氧化的影响。将240只1日龄健康、体重相近的青脚麻鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组鸡饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加2%、4%、6%的黑曲霉发酵茶叶。试验期56 d。结果显示,采用黑曲霉发酵茶叶提高了茶叶的营养价值,降低了茶单宁含量。1~28日龄,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组鸡平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组鸡的料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。1~56日龄,试验Ⅰ组鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组鸡对粗脂肪(EE)的表观代谢率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组鸡血清中甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在青脚麻鸡日粮中添加2%~4%黑曲霉发酵茶叶较为适宜。 The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of fermented tea with different levels of Aspergillus niger on growth performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rate and serum antioxidant of Partridge shank chickens.A total of 240 one-day-old healthy chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate.Chickens in control group were fed with basal diet,and chickens in three experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with 2%,4%and 6%Aspergillus niger fermented tea,respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 d.The results showed that the use of Aspergillus niger to ferment tea increased the nutritional value of tea and decreased the tannin content.From 1~28 d of age,the average daily gain of chickens in groupⅠand groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of chickens in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).From 1~56 d of age,the average daily gain of chickens in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The EE apparent metabolic rate of chickens in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The activity of T-AOC,T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum in all groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The content of serum TG and TC in groupⅠand groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 2%~4%Aspergillus niger to the diet of Partridge shank chickens is more suitable for tea fermentation.
