复合微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清免疫指标以及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:1

Effect of compound probiotics on production performance,egg quality,serum immunological indexes and intestinal flora of laying hens

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加复合微生态制剂对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清免疫指标和肠道菌群的影响。选取体重、产蛋率接近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡(42周龄)400羽,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20羽鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%复合微生态制剂。试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,3个试验组蛋鸡的平均日采食量和料蛋比均显著下降(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。3个试验组蛋鸡的蛋壳强度和蛋黄比重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3个试验组蛋鸡血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清中IgG含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);3个试验组蛋鸡血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3个试验组蛋鸡盲肠中的乳酸杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡盲肠中乳酸杆菌数量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组乳酸杆菌数量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。3个试验组蛋鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌数量和沙门氏菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组大肠杆菌数量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加复合微生态制剂可以提高海兰褐蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,增强免疫功能,改善肠道健康,复合微生态制剂的添加剂量为1.5%。 The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of adding composite probiotics to the diet on production performance,egg quality,serum immunological indexes and intestinal flora of Hyline brown laying hens.A total of 400 healthy 42-week-old Hyline brown laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 20 hens in each replicate.Laying hens in control group were fed with basic diet,and laying hens in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere fed with basic diets supplement with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%compound probiotics,respectively.The trial period lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily feed intake and feed to egg ratio of laying hens in three experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,the feed to egg ratio of groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).The eggshell strength and yolk specific gravity of three experimental groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum IgG content of laying hens in three experimental groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the serum IgG content of groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the serum content TNF-αof laying hens in three experimental groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The number of lactic acid bacteria in the caecum of laying hens in three experimental groups was significantly increased compared to control group(P<0.05),the number of lactic acid bacteria of laying hens in groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly increased compared to groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the number of lactic acid bacteria of laying hens in groupⅢwas significantly increased compared to groupⅡ(P<0.05).The number of Escherichia coli andSalmonella in the caecum of laying hens in three experimental groups was significantly decreased compared to control group(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,the number of Escherichia coli of groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the compound probiotics can effectively improve production performance,egg quality and intestinal health,enhance immune function of Hyline brown laying hens.The dosage of compound probiotics is 1.5%.
