不同品种马匹血液生理生化及免疫指标比较分析

摘要 试验旨在探究不同品种马匹间血液生理生化及免疫指标的差异。选取年龄相近(4~8岁母马)、健康状况良好的哈萨克马、伊犁马和纯血马各11匹,测定马匹血液生理生化及免疫指标。结果显示,哈萨克马血液白细胞(WBC)数量显著低于伊犁马(P<0.05)。哈萨克马血液红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)和红细胞比容(HCT)极显著低于伊犁马和纯血马(P<0.01)。纯血马血液血小板(PLT)数量极显著高于哈萨克马和伊犁马(P<0.01),而伊犁马血液PLT数量极显著高于哈萨克马(P<0.01);哈萨克马和伊犁马的球蛋白(GLB)含量极显著高于纯血马(P<0.01);哈萨克马血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量极显著低于伊犁马和纯血马(P<0.01)。研究表明,哈萨克马血液WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT较低,表明哈萨克马对当地环境具有较好的适应性;纯血马的PTL数量较高,具有提高机体适应能力的作用;哈萨克马血清IgG、IgA和IgM极显著低于伊犁马和纯血马;品种、地域对马匹的免疫功能具有一定的影响。 The experiment was to explore the differences in blood physiological,biochemical and immune indexes among horses of different breeds.A total of 11 Kazakh horses,11 Yili horses and 11 Thoroughbreds horses with similar age(4~8 years old mares)and good health were selected to determine the physiological,biochemical and immune indexes of the horses.The results showed that the WBC count of Kazakh horses was significantly lower than of Yili horses(P<0.05).The concentration of RBC,HGB and HCT of Kazakh horses were extremely lower than those of Yili horses and Thoroughbreds horses(P<0.01).The PLT of Thoroughbreds horses was extremely higher than that of Kazakh horses and Yili horses(P<0.01),and PLT of Yili horse was extremely higher than that of Kazak horse(P<0.01).The GLB of Kazakh horses and Yili horses was extremely higher than that of Thoroughbreds horses(P<0.01).The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM of Kazakh horses were significantly lower than those of Yili horses and Thoroughbreds horses(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that the blood WBC,RBC,HGB and HCT of Kazakh horses are lower,which indicates that Kazakh horses have better adaptability to local environment.The serum IgG,IgA and IgM of Kazak horses are significantly lower than those of Yili horses and Thoroughbreds horses,indicating that breed and region had certain effects on immune function of horses.
