五味子的生物学功能及其在动物生产中应用的研究进展

Research progress on biological function of Schisandra chinensis and its application in animal production

五味子是药食同源食品,具有较好的安全性。五味子果实含有多种生物活性成分(木脂素类、多糖类、挥发性成分以及有机酸类),在抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、调节血压血脂、提高免疫力、改善动物的生长性能和畜产品品质等方面发挥重要作用。文章主要针对五味子的提取工艺、活性成分、生物学功能及其对不同信号通路的调控进行分析探讨,对其在动物生产中的药理作用进行综述,为五味子在动物生产中的应用提供参考。

Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill is a kind of feed with the same origin of medicine and food.Its fruit contains a variety of bioactive components(such as lignans,polysaccharides,volatile components and organic acids),which play an important role in anti-inflammatory,antioxidantion,anti-cancer,regulating blood pressure and blood fat,enhancing immunity,improving animal growth performance and animal product quality.The article mainly analyzes and discusses the extraction process,active components,biological functions and regulation of different signaling pathways ofSchisandra chinensis,and summarizes its pharmacological effects in animal production,so as to provide reference for the application of Schisandra chinensis in animal production.
