摘要
随着原料日趋复杂以及电解产能的逐步提升,导致净液量不断增大,而净液脱镍能力问题凸显,电解液含镍随着阳极板中含镍量升高而富集,造成电解阴极铜质量受到一定影响,同时影响公司经济效益。为解决这一问题,广西金川有色金属有限公司对净液工序脱镍前液预加热、脱镍工艺流程、脱镍浓缩后液预冷、新冷媒的应用、脱镍新工艺等方面开展了研究,最终确定了最佳脱镍工艺流程及方法,改善了高杂原料对生产的影响,为铜电解生产稳定性奠定了基础。
In recent years,with the increasing complexity of raw materials and the gradual improvement of electrolytic capacity,the net liquid volume is increasing,and the problem about the capacity of removing nickel from net liquid is prominent.The nickel content in electrolyte is enriched with the increase of nickel content in anode plate,which has a certain impact on the quality of electrolytic copper cathode,and also affects the company's economic benefit.In order to solve this problem,Guangxi Company of Jinchuan group carried out researches on the matters including pre-heating of liquid before nickel removal in the liquid cleaning process,the process of nickel removal,pre-cooling of condensed liquid after nickel removal,the application of new refrigerant,the new process of nickel removal,and finally determined the best process and method of nickel removal,which greatly reduced the influences imposed on production by high-impurity raw material and laid a foundation for the stability of electrolytic copper production.
