热电二分厂皮带导料槽改造探究

摘要 为降低带式输送机的能耗以及避免运输过程中的撒煤和磨损现象,从带式输送机受料段的特点入手,对导料槽的结构进行改进,改进后的滑板式抑尘导料槽能有效抑制原煤撒煤和堆积现象,大大降低现场粉尘浓度,实现皮带廊的环保及经济运行。 in order to reduce the energy consumption of belt conveyor and avoid the phenomenon of coal spreading and wear during transportation,starting from the characteristics of the receiving section of belt conveyor,the structure of the guiding trough is improved,the improved sliding plate type dust suppression and guiding trough is adopted.The improved skateboard type dust suppression device can effectively restrain the phenomenon of coal scattering and accumulation,greatly reduce the dust concentration on site,and realize the environmental protection and economic operation of belt corridor.
