本文分析了国企子公司目前纪检,监事会、财务、审计、工会监督体系的现状;论述了优化纪检,监事会、财务、审计、工会“五位一体”大监督体系的可行性;提出了构建纪检,监事会、财务、审计、工会“五位一体”大监督体系的思路;对完善纪检,监事会、财务、审计、工会“五位一体”大监督体系协同高效运行的机制进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the present situation of discipline inspection,supervisory board,finance,audit and the supervision system of labor union in state-owned subsidiary companies;discusses the optimization of discipline inspection and the feasibility of"Five in One"supervision system including discipline inspection,supervisory board,finance,audit and labor union;proposes the thought of"Five in One"supervision system;study the coordinated and high-efficiency operation mechanism of"Five in One"supervision system.
