大型博物馆浮筑楼板减振技术应用

摘要 浮筑楼板系统主要包括弹簧减震系统、隔振垫系统等,具有良好的减震、隔声效果,在工程中应用越来越普遍。依据首都博物馆东馆工程,针对邻近地铁区域博物馆文物库房浮筑楼板作法进行研究,形成了一套集高分子垫块减振、高密度隔声棉填充、复合隔声垫隔声工艺的浮筑楼板设计体系,保证了首都博物馆馆库区地面施工质量,达到了减振隔声的效果。 The floating floor system,mainly composed of spring damping system and vibration isolation pad system,has good effects of vibration damping and sound insulation,making it more and more commonly used in projects.In this project,the construction methods for floating floor slabs in museum antique storerooms in neighboring metro areas are studied relying on the east mall of capital museum project,and a floating floor design system integrating polymer pad vibration damping,highdensity sound isolation cotton filler and sound insulation technology using composite sound insulation pads,thereby ensuring the construction quality of storeroom ground of the capital museum and achieving the effects of vibration damping and sound insulation.
