TRD小角度转弯施工技术研究

RESEARCH ON TRD SMALL ANGLE TURNING CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

TRD止水帷幕施工技术在我国应用广泛,尤其在我国南方河流区域及沿海区域,北方地区应用范围较少。在TRD技术应用过程中,止水帷幕墙体多为直线和曲线,在转折点处需提起刀具调整方向后,再进行切割。基于北京城市副中心三大建筑大型基坑止水帷幕施工工程,针对转折点处连续施工进行研究,形成了小角度转弯成墙施工工艺。

The TRD water stop curtain construction technology is widely used in China,especially in the southern river and coastal regions of China,with a limited application range in the northern region.In the application process of TRD technology,the water stop curtain walls are mostly straight and curved,and the cutting tool needs to be lifted at the turning point to adjust the direction for cutting.This article is based on the construction of large foundation pit water stop curtains for three major buildings in Beijing's urban sub center,and studies the continuous construction at the turning point,forming a small angle turning into a wall construction process.
