钢结构疲劳裂纹修复研究

摘要 为了研究高强螺栓和普通钻止裂孔对装配式钢结构疲劳裂纹的修复效果,本工程使用有限元软件ANSYS模拟裂纹的扩展方式,并通过施加循环荷载来模拟建筑结构的外部荷载,根据疲劳裂纹处应力集中情况和破坏瞬时循环次数探究高强螺栓止裂孔对钢板的修复效果。对比修复结果可知:增大孔径则疲劳裂纹的修复效果较好,施加高强螺栓预紧力后的修复效果是普通钻修复效果的12倍。 In order to study the repair effect of crack stop by high-strength bolt and ordinary drill on the fatigue crack of prefabricated steel structure,the finite element software ansys was used to simulate crack propagation,and cyclic load was applied to simulate the external load borne by the building structure.Based on the stress concentration at the fatigue crack and the number of cycles during failure,the effect of high-strength bolt hole on the fatigue life of steel plate with edge fatigue crack was investigated.By comparing with the crack stop of steel plate with single crack,the performance of crack stop and reinforcement of high strength bolt is highlighted.Results shows that the increase of the aperture can have a good influence on the fatigue repair effect of cracks to a certain extent,and the fatigue crack repair effect after applying the preload of high-strength bolt is about 12 times that of ordinary drilling.
