摘要
昆明市第二人民医院新院医疗综合楼项目为隔震项目。通过对隔震层位置进行比选,采用上部多塔楼共用隔震层顶板的大底板隔震设计方案,有效解决传统单塔隔震上部各塔楼缝宽过大带来的建筑处理难题。采用性能化设计,通过PKPM与ETABS两种软件对多塔隔震结构进行中震性能详细分析,采用ETABS软件进行罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力分析和隔震支座校核,并对大底板进行专项分析,保证了大底板多塔隔震结构的抗震安全性。
The new hospital of Kunming Second People’s Hospital is an isolation project.By optimizing the location of the isolation layer and adopting a large base plate isolation design scheme that shares the top plate of the isolation layer with multiple upper towers,the problem of building treatment caused by excessive joint width of each upper tower in traditional single tower isolation was effectively solved.Using performance-based design,a detailed analysis of the seismic performance of multi tower isolation structures was conducted using PKPM and ETABS softwares.The ETABS software was used for elastic-plastic dynamic analysis and isolation support verification under rare earthquakes,and a special analysis was conducted on the large base plate to ensure the seismic safety of the large base plate multi tower isolation structure.
