摘要
为深入贯彻执行碳达峰碳中和国家政策,相关单位以打造零碳园区、零碳建筑技术标杆为目标,高标准组织完成了某国家级零碳示范区中零碳示范楼建设。基于实际运行数据,对零碳示范楼建成后运行能耗和可再生能源产能情况进行分析,并基于单位碳减排量成本积(CEC)和单位碳减排量成本(CCE)两项指标,对零碳示范楼采用的直流VRV空调技术进行评价。结果表明,该零碳示范楼技术先进适用、节能降碳效果好,实现了零能耗运行即运维期零碳目标。
In order to thoroughly implement the national policy of carbon peak carbon neutrality,relevant units have organized the construction of a zero carbon demonstration building in a national zero carbon demonstration zone with the goal of building a zero carbon park and a zero carbon building technology benchmark.Based on actual operating data,an analysis was conducted on the energy consumption and renewable energy production capacity of the zero carbon demonstration building after its completion.And the DC VRV air conditioning technology used in the zero carbon demonstration building was evaluated using two indicators:product of unit carbon reduction and cost(CEC)and unit carbon emission reduction cost(CCE).The results indicate that the zero carbon demonstration building has advanced and applicable technology,good energy-saving and carbon reduction effects,and achieved zero energy consumption operation and zero carbon during operation and maintenance.
