摘要 现阶段,我国正大力推行装配式建筑,国务院办公厅《关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》指出,发展装配式建筑是建设方式的重大转变,是推进供给侧结构改革和新型城市化发展的重要举措。因此,装配式临建也有望成为今后主要施工方向之一。由中铁十九局集团有限公司承建的京雄城际铁路四标1#混凝土拌和站,为适应发展装配式建筑,经多方研究与对比后,采用装配式施工技术(研制了预制拼装式料仓钢隔墙、拼装式钢架轻钢结构骨料仓、组装式水泥罐等模块式装配构件),相较于常规混凝土(稳定土)拌和站施工,具有工艺简单、操作便捷、施工进度快、安全风险低、可周转使用、节约成本、低碳绿色环保等特点,实现了资源与能源双节约、环保与效率双提升、成本与材料双降低的创新目的。 At this stage,our country is vigorously promoting prefabricated building.The State Council General Office“Guiding opinions on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings”points out that the development of prefabricated building is a major change in the mode of construction,it is an important measure to promote supply-side structural reform and new urbanization development.Therefore,assembly temporary construction is also expected to become one of the main construction directions in the future.The No.1 concrete batching station of No.4 bid of Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway,which was built by China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,has been prefabricated building and compared with other projects,using the assembling construction technology(the modular assembling components such as prefabricated steel partition wall of assembled silo,assembled steel frame light steel structure aggregate silo and assembled cement tank have been developed),compared with conventional concrete(stabilized soil)mixing station construction,the utility model has the advantages of simple process,convenient operation,fast construction progress,low safety risk,turnover,cost saving,low-carbon green environmental protection,etc.,it achieves the innovation goal of saving both resources and energy,improving both environmental protection and efficiency,and reducing both cost and material.
