摘要 全球环境问题日益凸显,各界环保意识逐步提高。国家陆续出台了一系列环保政策,并提出“双碳”目标。建筑行业作为全球环保难点产业,环境污染问题严重,又恰逢城市信息化更新背景,工程量陡增,因此建立一套碳排放指标评价方法,可有效监督建筑行业降碳,评价降碳具体效果。本文对城市更新发展趋势和新兴技术进行解析,并综合国内外现有建筑行业碳排放指标评价方法,提出一种基于城市更新的碳排放指标评价方法。 In the face of the global environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent,all walks of life are gradually raising their awareness of environmental protection.The state has introduced a series of environmental protection policies one after another,and put forward the goal of‘double carbon’.The construction industry,as a global environmental protection industry,has serious environmental pollution problems,and coincides with the background of urban informationization and renewal,and the volume of works has increased steeply.Therefore,the establishment of a set of carbon emission index evaluation method can effectively supervise the construction industry to reduce carbon,and evaluate the specific effect of carbon reduction.By analyzing the development trend of urban renewal and emerging technologies,and synthesizing the existing carbon emission index evaluation methods for the construction industry at home and abroad,this paper proposes a ruminative carbon emission index evaluation method based on urban renewal.
